Approximate Fees

Naturally, clients want to know how much they will be charged if they proceed with an estate planning, elder law or real estate matter. The initial consultation is free (1/2 hour). If you decide not to proceed, there is no charge. I believe that fees should not be a huge mystery, and therefore I am providing a general idea of typical fees below. The fees may be higher or lower depending on complexity, funding and other factors. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

For all work, a 1/2 deposit is requested upon beginning the work and the balance is requested upon signing the documents.
